Curriculum Night is mainly intended for parents but children can attend if you like. If you cannot make your scheduled night or need to attend for two children, you can attend either night but we are trying to split the events to keep traffic and crowds to a minimum. Parents will rotate through their child’s schedule hearing about what your child will be learning this year. Wednesday is for last names starting with A through M and Thursday is for last names starting N-Z. Curriculum Night will be held on Wednesday, August 21st and Thursday, August 22nd from 6:30-8:15. A new to Cuthbertson parent session will be held at 11:00 as well in the Media Center. If you are going into 7th or 8th grade and are brand new to Cuthbertson, we will have a brief orientation for you on Thursday, August 22rd from 11:00-12:00 with spirit wear sales being held 30 minutes before and after. Parents, please stay in line to ensure a safe and timely dismissal for all of our students. We will have staff out front assisting students to their cars. We will dismiss all students at 1:00 in the bus lot. Parents will then be asked to be out of the building by 9:00 so the students can enjoy their day. 6th grade students will also be able to purchase a slice of pizza, chips and a drink for $5 at the door. Doors will open at 8:15 for parents to come in and purchase spirit wear, PE uniforms and lunch tickets. Wednesday, August 21st is 6th grade orientation from 9:00-1:00.
